Freya Viken is starting at the Franklin Institute, having studied in Durham England for the last nine years she's excited to return to Washington to be with her family again, even if her twin sister, Ieva, was doing her study in Dundee. She was getting closer and closer to her goal of working with law enforment, of helping people get their names back and bring closer to families wondering what happened to their loved ones. As Ieva liked to say; she liked giving people their own small mercies.
