I'd barely sat down in the waiting area for Briarcliff University's music admissions audition when my boyfriend dumped ice water over my head.   Ice cubes fell down my collar. Water streaked through my carefully applied eye makeup, leaving me looking hideous and ridiculous.   Liam Prescott bent down and said loudly in my ear, "Selena, you're so fat. You're as ugly as a pig."   His football buddies and the cheerleaders burst out laughing nearby.   With everyone watching, he lowered his voice so only I could hear him. He sounded almost apologetic.   "Sorry. I lost at truth or dare. My dare was to dump water on a girl and call her ugly. You're so easygoing.
