Elowen was rejected by her fated mate, the future Alpha, because of her scarred face and silent nature. Left for dead in the rogue forest, she is rescued by the ancient, merciless Lycan King, who recognizes her as his true, divine mate. As Elowen heals, her scars fade to reveal an ancient power capable of controlling the wolf packs. When her former pack faces destruction and begs for her protection, Elowen returns not to save them, but to watch her former mate kneel before her new crown.
