Seraphina Valentina Moretti lives a different kind of life than others. By day, she is an ordinary college student trying to survive lectures, friendship and the illusion of a normal life. By night, she is the Death Angel-the most elite assassin of the Silent Crown. Her newest mission should have been simple. Get close to Lucian Blackwood Earn his trust. Eliminate him. But Lucian is not the stranger Seraphina believes him to be. Long before the Mafia King and the Death Angel existed, they were two forgotten children who made promises to one another inside the walls of an orphanage. Torn apart and taken into different worlds, their memories faded- along with the faces they once swore never to forget. Now fate has brought them together again.
